     Tysk Elektronisk musiker, producer og komponist. Født den 26. februar, 1973 i Freiberg – i dag bosat i Bochum. Har i 2009 udgivet produktioner under sit ATB alias i 10 år. Udgiver hovedsageligt under pladeselskabet Kontor Records.

 

Få internationale kunstnere der skaber deres egen stil, formår at få hver enkelt produktion til at lyde forskellig.

 

    André Tanneberger formår imidlertid, at forbavse sine fans og give hvert enkelt af sine albums sin egen ånd - uden at lade den kendetegnende ATB lyd i stikken. Dette er præcis, hvad der gør André Tanneberger til en af de mest succesfulde internationale dance producere.

 

     André Tanneberger startede sin musik karriere i gruppen Sequential One som han dannede i 1993 og var drivkraften bag, indtil 2002. Solo projektet ATB dannede han i 1998 og fik stor succes med sin første single ’9pm ”Till I Come” der er taget fra album’et ’Movin’ Melodies’ – udgivet i 1999. Dette første nummer indeholder et ’Guitar Riff’, der blev utroligt populært og denne ’lyd’ skulle senere vise sig, at blive kendetegnet for André Tanneberger’s tidlige ATB udgivelser.

 

-     Det andet studio album – ”Two Worlds” blev udgivet i 2000. Albummet er baseret på konceptet ”Forskelligt humør - forskellig musik!” og resulterede i en dobbelt CD, hvoraf CD1 er optempo dance og CD2 er Chillout. På ’Two Worlds” arbejdede André sammen med to internationalt kendte kvindelige kunstnere – Heather Nova og Roberta Carter Harrison fra det kanadiske pop band Wild Strawberries.

 

-     Tredje album ’Dedicated’ blev udgivet i 2002 og er dedikeret til ofrene fra terror angrebet 9/11 – 2001. Albummet indeholder bl.a. de to top hits ”Hold You” og ”You are Not Alone”.

 

-     I 2003 udgav André sit fjerde album “Addicted to Music” der indeholder hits som “I Don’t Wanna Stop” og ”Long Way Home”. Samme år udgav han sin første DVD – Addicted to Music DVD – der bl.a. indeholder alle daværende musik videoer.

 

-      Femte album ”No Silence” blev udgivet i 2004, og af hits herfra kan bl.a. nævnes ”Ecstasy" og  "Marrakech”. Marrakech er endvidere inkluderet på soundtracket til hollywood filmen “Mindhunters”.

 

-     I 2005 udgav André opsamlingsalbummet ”Seven Years” der indeholder alle singler, og herudover seks nye numre – bl.a. singlerne ”Believe in Me”, ”Humanity” og en nyfortolkning af den tidligere ATB single ”Let U Go”.

 

-     Seneste og sjette ATB album - ”Trilogi” - blev udgivet i 2007. Herfra blev udgivet singlerne ”Renegade”, ”Feel Alive” og ”Justify”.

-  Regner sin produktion ”Don’t Stop” for at være den værste af sine produktioner, og ønsker ikke at stå ved at have produceret den.
